On a private estate of 20 hectares — Primitivo DOC vineyards, ancient olive groves and a 600-metre walk to the Ionian Sea — The Agave Resort is conceived as a founding membership of ten: each family holding 6.5 weeks of exclusive, private use over 10 to 15 years.
Five architecturally designed residences — each with private pool and garden — remain under SRL ownership and are managed as a genuine agriturismo. Founding members enjoy sovereign use without the complexities of Italian property ownership. This is Puglia at its most refined.

Positioned at the heart of the agrivillage, Villa Cristina commands panoramic views across the Primitivo vineyards toward the Ionian horizon. The ground floor opens onto a wide sheltered loggia and a private garden of approximately 400 m², with a custom architectural pool integrated into the dry-stone terrace wall.
A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace — the estate’s finest vantage point, where the vine canopy and the Ionian horizon align in a single view.

Villa Caterina is oriented to maximise the sea vista — on clear evenings the Ionian horizon is visible from both the living room and the main bedroom terrace. Sited on the eastern edge of the agrivillage, adjacent to the Primitivo rows.
The layout prioritises outdoor living: a covered dining terrace, private pool aligned to the view axis, and a lower garden terrace for morning sun. Interiors feature bespoke joinery and natural stone throughout.

Villa Livia sits at the vineyard’s northern boundary, where the dry-stone perimeter wall frames a garden enclosed on three sides by Primitivo rows. The sense of privacy here is unmatched on the estate.
The split-level layout places the main living spaces above the garden level, connected by an external staircase to the pool terrace below. Morning light floods the kitchen through a full-height glazed wall.

Villa Isobel is the estate’s most secluded residence, set within a grove of centuries-old olive trees on the western boundary. The ancient trunks — some over 300 years old — provide natural shade and a sense of permanence.
The Airstream trailer is stationed near Villa Isobel’s garden gate. The pool sits in full afternoon sun, with a pergola dining area and a shaded sitting room beneath the oldest olive canopy on the estate.

Villa Allegra shares the western olive grove setting with Villa Isobel, positioned to the south to maximise winter sun. The closest villa to the shared sunset bar — the heart of the agrivillage’s social rhythm without sacrificing privacy.
The garden is partially walled in dry-stone (pietra a secco), Puglia’s ancient boundary material. A wide loggia connects the living room to the pool deck in a single fluid space.
